One page per product would hide the order things happen in. This is the order: set the workspace up once, then follow the guide for whichever module you are turning on.
Create a workspace at console.relayno.com — email, Google or Microsoft.
Verify your email; the link is valid for 24 hours.
Name the workspace after your company — it appears on invoices and message footers.
Invite your team under Settings → Members and give each person a role.
Turn on the modules you actually use; the rest stay hidden from the sidebar.
Get your inventory in and keep the numbers honest.
Create your first warehouse under Stock → Warehouses. Add a second one only if you physically hold goods in two places.
Import products from CSV. The importer needs at least SKU, name and unit; everything else is optional.
Set reorder points per product so low stock surfaces on the dashboard instead of in a stockout.
Record an opening movement of type "adjustment" to load your current quantities.
From then on, use receipts for goods in, issues for goods out — never edit a quantity by hand.
Every quantity change is a movement with an author and a timestamp. If a number looks wrong, open the movement history before changing anything.
Quote, invoice, get paid, and keep the tax office happy.
Fill in your legal details and tax number under Settings → Billing profile — they are printed on every document.
Add your tax rates. Create one rate per rate you actually charge, not one per product.
Set the numbering series (prefix, starting number, reset yearly or never). Once a document is issued, the series cannot be edited.
Create a quote, send it, then convert the accepted quote to an invoice in one click.
Record payments against the invoice. Partial payments are supported and the balance updates automatically.
Issued invoices are immutable by design. To correct one, issue a credit note — that is what auditors expect to see.
Connect a number, work the shared inbox, send campaigns.
Go to WhatsApp → Sessions and click Connect. Scan the QR code with the phone that owns the number.
Keep that phone online for the first few minutes while the session syncs.
Assign inbox access per team member so conversations route to the right people.
Import contacts from CSV or let them build up from inbound messages.
Create a template, then a campaign that uses it. Send a test to yourself before the real run.
For programmatic sending, create an API key under Settings → API Keys and follow the Quickstart.
A session drops if the phone is offline for a long stretch. The dashboard shows session health — reconnect from the same screen.
Prove you own the domain, then send transactional and marketing mail.
Add your sending domain under Emails → Domains.
Publish the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records we generate at your DNS provider.
Wait for verification — usually minutes, occasionally up to 24 hours depending on your DNS TTL.
Create a template with variables like {{first_name}} and preview it against a real contact.
Send transactional mail through the API and marketing mail through campaigns — keep the two separate so a marketing complaint never blocks a password reset.
Do not send to a purchased list. One spam-trap hit can cost you the domain reputation you just built.
Rooms, rates and reservations, front desk to checkout.
Define room types first, then the individual rooms that belong to each type.
Add rate plans per room type, including any seasonal rates.
Connect your channels in Channel Manager so OTA availability matches reality.
Take a test reservation and walk it through check-in, housekeeping and checkout.
Switch on WhatsApp confirmations so guests get their booking details automatically.
Availability is derived from rooms, not from a counter. If a room shows as unavailable, look at its status in Housekeeping first.
Put Relayno inside the site you already run.
Download the plugin zip from its page and upload it under Plugins → Add New → Upload.
Activate it, open its screen in the admin sidebar and click Connect to Relayno.
Log in to the console and press Authorize. You are sent back connected — no API key to copy.
Run the built-in connection test before switching anything on.
Enable the features you want: order notifications, stock sync, or the reservations block.
Pin the console and API URLs in wp-config.php on production sites so nobody can point the plugin somewhere else from the admin UI.
Modules are enabled per workspace and permissions are granted per role. Check Settings → Modules first, then the role assigned under Settings → Members.
The phone that scanned the QR must stay reachable. Battery optimisation on Android is the usual culprit — exclude WhatsApp from it, then reconnect.
DNS caches. Confirm the records are live with a public DNS lookup, then wait out your TTL. A trailing dot or a duplicated domain name in the record value breaks it silently.
Open the WooCommerce plugin conflict log. Unmatched SKUs are skipped on purpose, and they are the usual reason for a drift.
